Week 9 Recap: Election Day Edition

Ok, enough gloating, right Corey? On to the games!

Defensive Slugfest of the Week was between two low scoring teams, The Adam Factor and Molly's Stanley Nickels. I lucked out a win 60 to 47. Molly's still in the gutter at 2-7 but at least she has some company down there. Her brother, our Commish, is also at 2-7.

Speaking of him, the Commish's Vandelay Industries took on Joseph's Here Comes Treble. HCT won 67 to 60. At 2-7, things aren't looking good for Corey. He's looking worse than American car companies. With 4 weeks to go and 4 games back in his division, our Commish has lost all...

Game of the Week was another Brother vs. Brother matchup when Mike's Crazy Bombers faced Nick's Buyer Beware. Mike edged out a victory 77 to 71 just like Barack edged out a win in Indiana. I'll assume Mike and Nick voted for CHANGE!! Good job guys. (Is Mike old enough to vote?) Anyways, both teams are 1 game ahead in their divisions. Can they hold onto their slim leads?

One T artans lost to Green Day Tractors 42 to 73. Those 42 points make One T our Biggest Loser of the Week. This kid is all over the place. One week he has the High Score, another week he gets the lowest score. You're more inconsistent than the McCain Campaign. That is why you have a losing record of 4-5. Our next game is was a Brother-in-Law vs. Brother-in-Law Matchup. (That has a nice ring to it.) Uncle Pat's Stan's Steamers beat down Uncle Jeff's Team Uncle Sloppy 83 to 63 and showed him who the tougher in-law was. Sloppy's gameday pickup of Joe Flacco was not enough for him to win.

Our final game of week had The Office facing off against Emily's Dwight's Bobbleheads. Uncle Gary won and got the High Score of the Week, 88 to 54. This marks another weekly High Score Award for The Office. They continue to rake in the dough week in and week out. I'm pretty much running out of High Score prizes for The Office but this week the award is...
